- Some inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days per government norms; we do not hold responsibility for this.
- Actual transfer timings may vary up to 30/60 minutes from those listed.
- Summer clothing is suitable year-round; winter may require sweaters or jackets.
- Swimwear is mandatory at water parks.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.
- Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours.
- Personal belongings left in vehicles or tour sites are at your own risk; we are not responsible for them.
- Strollers are not allowed in vehicles without prior notice.
- Kids less than 3 years will be treated at infant (will be free of cost for tours)
- Child cost will be applicable between 3-9 years of age.
- Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult in water activities.
- Islamic occasions and national holidays may affect tour services (e.g., no alcohol, no live entertainment).
- Please read and understand the Tour Brochure/itinerary, Terms and Conditions, Price Grid, and other applicable documents, which form part of your contract with us upon booking.
- Photography of UAE residents, especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense in the UAE.
- Smoking is prohibited in public areas.
- Some tours require your original passport or ID; critical notes will specify this, and we are not responsible if you miss a tour due to missing documents.
- We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show fees if guests are not on time for pickup.
- No refunds for partly utilized services or attraction tickets.
- In uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, vehicle breakdowns, delays by other guests, weather), we may offer alternate options or cancellations.
- If a guest misses a tour due to late arrival and our vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
- There are few points where guests need to follow the Dress code.
